This document governs use of the Partner Portal by operators of coworking spaces, serviced offices and office space. It supplements CoworkingView's Terms of Service — in particular section 5b (Terms for Operators) and section 4 (Commission) — and our Privacy Policy; where any of those conflict with this document, they control. You can read it before you sign up: it is linked from every page of the Portal, including the sign-in page.
Portal access is granted only to Operators who have a brokerage agreement with us or whose listings we ingest through an interface they provide (points 1 and 2 of section 5b of the Terms of Service). Login credentials are personal and non-transferable; the Operator is responsible for keeping them confidential and must tell us promptly if they suspect misuse.
Through the Portal you can add and change descriptions, prices, availability, amenities and photos for your spaces. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information (section 8 of the Terms of Service), and by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it on coworkingview.com and in our own channels. Where a brokerage agreement is in place, clauses 7.1 and 7.2 of our Broker Terms govern that use; section 5b, point 11 of the Terms of Service lists the channels a listing may appear in.
Your commission follows what we have agreed with you in text form; where nothing else has been agreed, our standard terms apply. Nothing shown in the Portal is an offer or a quote, and nothing here changes an agreement already in place — what you see is for reference. If you would like the terms that apply to you in writing, just ask.
In the Portal we process your login credentials, the property data you submit and, where shown, aggregated figures about your own spaces (section 5b, point 8 of the Terms of Service). Where we have referred an enquiry to you, the Portal also shows a record of it: the prospect's name and employer, and how the referral stands. That is a record of what we sent you, not a promise that it will lead to an agreement. Please treat those details as confidential and use them only to respond to that referral — as with any enquiry we forward, you are independently responsible under data protection law for how you process them. Your Portal access ends when your listing ends, whether you end it (section 5b, point 12 of the Terms of Service) or we do (point 4 of that section). You may end your listing, and with it your access, at any time, without giving reasons, at info@coworkingview.com.
We give you notice before we change these terms — in text form, at least 15 days in advance — which is the same process section 5b, point 10 of the Terms of Service sets out for changes affecting Operators.
